About the Company: First Victory Inc is a construction/development firm located in WNC focusing on Multi-family, single family development and construction and also local municipal projects. We are licensed in Ga, NC, and SC About the Role: Calls on clients and prospective clients. this role also communicates with management and PM's about projects and handoff for winning bids. Responsibilities: Attend bid meetings and develop and execute bid strategy Prepare thorough and timely cost analysis Analyze project proposals to prepare budget and cost estimate Gather, update, and review historical cost data Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management or related field of study Required Skills: Experience estimating projects or relevant engineering experience Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Preferred Skills: experience with Builder Trend Software MS office/ MS Project/ Field experience in Heavy Civil and site management Pay range and compensation package: Compensation is based on skill set and experience, staring pay for qualified applicants is 65,000/year with bonus opportunity in addition to base.
