About Your Role We are looking for a world-class Campus Recruiter to join our Investment Recruiting team. You'll help us achieve our mission by conveying Bridgewater's unique value proposition as you hook and hire top university talent, build meaningful and productive relationships with candidates and clients, and develop the networks and talent market expertise that drive excellent hiring results. Our Campus Recruiters partner with hiring managers to create, execute and evolve search strategies, compound knowledge to improve the function through time and shape strategic thinking and approaches around talent and talent acquisition. This person will be someone who seeks to deeply understand talent, has an interest in the financial markets, and thrives on using a variety of creative approaches to identify and hire the best talent. You will drive the following responsibilities: Understand and influence hiring needs & role requirements, reconcile requirements with the broader talent market, and translate knowledge into high-quality rubrics with key profile indicators/markers Hold compelling, accurate conversations with candidates about Bridgewater's opportunities and embody the Bridgewater culture as you build and sustain relationships with students, professors, and career service representatives In partnership with Bridgewater's senior investors, create and execute sourcing strategies Research, direct source and track top university talent Evolve search strategy by evaluating various dimensions to improve the search and outcomes. Assess candidates consistent with role requirements and provide that holistic picture to the hiring teams Work with candidates on all parts of the offer process Partner with a Campus Coordinator to ensure all hiring logistics and processes are handled flawlessly Represent Bridgewater with a high degree of integrity and professionalism Interested in learning more about working at Bridgewater? Minimum Qualifications 4-year degree from an accredited undergraduate institution (any field of study) 2+ years recruiting experience Preferred Requirements Track record of success in a rigorous environment with tight deliverables and high standards Passion for talent and the creative ways of finding, attracting and assessing it Ability to create and apply non-traditional, strategic solutions to business problems Strong track record of partnering with senior clients to work through complex problems Ability to drive search strategy and results using data and metrics Physical Requirements This role will follow a hybrid schedule, with an onsite requirement alternating between our NYC and Westport campuses.
