Body Shop Porter Carstar Ellis Brothers Collision in Milford is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual to wash cars and help maintain the facility and equipment. Experience is preferred but not necessary. This is a fun job in a fast-paced environment with room for advancement. Apply today! Full medical/dental/vision coverage after 90 days Paid holidays after 90 days Paid vacation after 1 year Retirement plan with company match Employee discounts Major Responsibilities Maintain shop in clean condition including equipment, floors, walls, bathroom, storage areas and work areas. Notify supervisor of any unsafe conditions. Maintain showroom in clean condition by vacuuming, dusting, and washing as needed. Maintain grounds in a neat, clean and safe condition by picking up debris, pulling and/or spraying weeds, shoveling snow etc. Notify supervisor of any unsafe conditions. Clean vehicles for delivery by washing, vacuuming, and wiping interior, exterior and engine. Help ensure 100% customer satisfaction upon delivery by notifying supervisor of paint or body work issues as soon as they are noticed. Help maintain supply inventory in a neat and organized manner. Keep supply cabinets locked when not in use. Make inventory order recommendations to supervisor. Move shuttle vehicles and completed vehicles outside in the morning and inside before end of shift. Maintain work area in a clean, neat, organized and safe condition at all times. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or coworkers. Follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor. Regular full attendance is a job requirement.
