Job Title: Office Services Clerk Type of Position: Full Time Location: EMB Corporate Headquarters in Las Vegas, NV Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm Pay: $20.00/hour Job Description: The Office Services position aids the entire firm by providing administrative support to every department. The team is looking for a reliable, hard-working, self-motivated individual with a desire to learn and capacity to rapidly grasp new procedures. You will be working in a fast-paced environment - completing tasks that are integral to the daily success of the firm. Qualified candidates must be bilingual in Spanish, in order to provide the necessary support to our clients. Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Coordinating all mail flow in and out of office, receiving and distributing daily mail and deliveries Will work as a team with the Front Office Coordinator and cover reception when needed Sorting, processing and filing large volumes of legal documents and healthcare forms Sorting and reviewing of incoming faxes Scanning mail and saving mail to appropriate folders or systems Handling highly confidential information Assisting with office supply inventory Collaborating with all teams to meet their mailing and distribution needs Implementing quality control measures to ensure stellar work quality Special projects and additional duties may be assigned as needed Qualifications: Must be bilingual in Spanish Excellent time management skills Unfailing attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, you should have strong knowledge of either the Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite (spreadsheets, documents, etc.) What We Offer: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Company-paid Life Insurance and AD&D Coverage, Voluntary Life Insurance Short-term and Long-term Disability Employee Assistance Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays Health FSA and Dependent Care FSA Accident Insurance Fully-paid parking 401(k) with Company Match Learning and Development Programs REQUIRED: Resume, References, Pay Expectation Edward M.
