Tasks will include: Reimage new laptops using Deployment Server and Intune imaging tools Once imaged, will work with the user to swap out the new laptop with the old one. This will include shipping and receiving of laptops to/from end users (refresh and give back) from/to HQ When the user receives the new laptop, will assist the end user on the first login, and setting up their accounts on the new laptop Also be tasked with troubleshooting end users related issues for staff working on site Experience and skills will include: Knowledge of Intune Imaging tools is a MUST Knowledge of computers and other hardware devices Knowledge of network troubleshooting, Ethernet and IP configuration Knowledge of software distribution and patch management A+ certified required Analytical thinking and attention to detail Strong customer service/communication skills
