Position: Senior Software EngineerWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and supporting technology solutions for our asset management, transaction management, and data analytics teams within our private equity business. If you're ready to make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Key Responsibilities:Design and create innovative software solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring optimal functionality, performance, scalability, and reliability.Engage in the complete software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance.Provide top-notch application support, addressing and resolving user issues efficiently.Actively participate in project planning to ensure timely project delivery.Take ownership of software applications from initial development through to ongoing support.Lead efforts in software programming and documentation.Modify existing software to correct errors, adapt to new hardware, or improve performance.Analyze complex problems and devise effective solutions.Monitor system operations to ensure compliance with specifications.Qualifications:Over 10 years of progressive experience in IT development.Proven background in the Financial Services industry.Proficiency in .NET, C#, and Angular is essential.Experience with AWS development is preferred.Familiarity with Git and DevOps practices is a plus.Strong technical expertise in Software Engineering, Software Systems, and Software Development.Experience with Embedded Software, C++, Python, SQL, Azure, Automation, Computer Engineering, Excel, Software Design, and Object-Oriented Design.Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectivelyPaid Time Off (PTO)Medical, Dental &VisionEmployee Assistance ProgramFlexible Spending AccountHealth Savings AccountPaid HolidaysCompany paid Life InsuranceMatching 401(k) PlanWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
