Payroll Transformation and Business Integration LeaderDetroit, MI | Hybrid - onsite every other week5-month contract, with the possibility of extensionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a strategic and experienced Payroll Transformation and Business Integration Leader to assist in driving payroll transformation initiatives. This role will oversee the integration of IT, Finance, and HR processes enabled by Oracle, ensuring alignment and effectiveness in payroll operations.Payroll Transformation:Assist Payroll Business Leadership in the following areas: Leading practices in executing an Oracle Payroll Cloud transformation. Oracle Payroll process leading practices. Completeness of solution requirements, common requirements that may not be captured, including taxregulatory compliance (if applicable). Reviewing the requirements for solution fitgap, providing possible alternative solutions for solution gaps. Design and feature review for configurations, fast-formulas, integrations, and reports in coordination with OCS and IT team members. Specific payroll solution design decisions, providing possible alternative solutions and recommendations. Change impacts resulting from Payroll solution design, facilitating alignment of changes across stakeholders (End-to-End impact analysisconsiderations). Leading practices and approaches in planning for and executing a payroll reconciliation. Payroll operational and business readiness.Business Integration:Responsible for formal cadence to integrate IT, Finance and HR for end-to-end Oracle-enabled processes impacting payrollConduct weekly meetings to drive integrated discussion on various topics - issues, risks, decisions, and impacts Manage business integration list to facilitate meetings Documented meeting outcomes and communication to business and IT TeamsRequired ExperienceSkillsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.7+ years of experience in payroll transformation, with specific expertise in Oracle Payroll Cloud.Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax compliance, and regulatory requirements.Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex integration projects.Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to drive discussions, facilitate meetings, and influence stakeholders at all levels.Relevant Oracle certifications (preferred).Pay & Benefits SummaryHourly rate up to $120hr W2, depending on experienceDrive payroll transformation initiatives, by being the Payroll Transformation and Business Integration Leader.
