Release Manager

Position must sit in Indianapolis, IN - only apply if currently in Indianapolis This role is responsible for coordinating all release activities for a large development initiative Leads environmental build efforts for large-scale Enterprise projectrelease efforts.Coordinates the upgrade of environments for large scale efforts and serves as group contact for major projects and initiatives.May perform code migrations and prepare, merge, and version code for production builds.Analyzes scope of work requests, develops work plans, leads ad-hoc assignments and internal initiatives and provides leadership and mentoring to all team members.Works with appropriate workgroup to develop SLA's and OLA's based on work assignments and monitors SLA's and OLA's to ensure customer satisfaction.Takes ownership of customer issues affecting application Leads team meeting (in absence of manager).Participates on ad-hoc committees to support Enterprise efforts.
