As an Experience Design Lead Strategist, you should have experience in enterprise wide UX strategy methodologies and a foundation in the overall user-centered design process. Expert communication and story-telling skills with the ability to get buy-in on your ideas within a large organization. Proficiency at identifying the middle point where business goals harmoniously meet user engagement and excitement. You will lead the overall strategic plan for the program in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment. Collaborate with experience design teammates, project stakeholders, technology partners, and executive leadership to identify requirements, set design goals, study users, and craft solutions that translate business and user needs into highly engaging experiences. Promote value innovation through proactive designs that reflect, maintain, and contribute to our design principles and practices. Be the primary escalation point of contact for all projects within the program. Meet regularly with the program group to ensure adherence to the design process, open dialog, peer support, project fluidity & continuity. Communicate project updates to the portfolio strategy manager and senior leadership. Work cross functionally with leads who support other programs, identifying opportunity for reusability, consistency, connection, and proactive design. Support the portfolio strategy manager in visualization exercises and workshops.
