The initial project of this role will be go-to-market preparedness for our new cloud offering. Including but not limited to, product architecture, DevOps, customer onboarding, internal and external documentation, tech ops training and more. Although the core responsibilities are technology related, this role will be exposed to all aspects of go-to-market strategy.We are highly entrepreneurial, and our employees wear multiple hats to help achieve business goals. Other areas for collaboration and execution include IT operations, Tech Ops automation and process optimization, solution offering expansion, product hardware and more. Depending on the skills and expertise of the employee, they may be leveraged in other areas depending on WSI Technologies' goals. Growth path for this role will be determined by manager and employee. Partnering in understanding skills and exposure the employee wants and identify projects to assist with their professional growth. Onboarding Expectations:Onboarding will include product deep dive and exposure to tech ops processes primarily for implementation servicesDeep dive into current Azure cloud architecture and immediate collaboration on documentationParticipation in product development meetings and processesParticipation in solutions meetings and processesShadowing Director of Technology SolutionsResponsibilities:Technical and Salescustomer audience documentationPrimary owner of new cloud product for current feature set, new features, and operationsCreate automation solutions to streamline operations throughout WSI TechnologiesIdentify custom solutions based on stakeholder needs and execute those solutionsQuality assurance participation for prioritized initiativesLiaison between customerscustomer facing roles Will directly interact with internal and external stakeholdersAct as SME to assist with support escalations for areas of ownershipGrow and share knowledge and expertise on WSI Technologies products and services.Be a helpful colleague who steps in and supports new hires, provides ongoing training, and helps with troubleshooting across the company as needed.And anything else WSI Technologies may need to meet business objectivesPotential travelQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in technical related field (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics) or 3 years of relevant work experienceExcellent problem solving and communication skills.Aptitude to develop and maintain excellent customer relationships. Exceptional time management and project coordination skills.Experience with multi-platform Windows OS required.Demonstrated proficiency with Azure Cloud required.Demonstrated proficiency with development or scripting automation required. Solid analyticalcognitive skills able to troubleshoot complex technical problems.An Ideal candidate is something with developer, tier 3 technical support, or systems engineering background looking to transition to wider impact role while still leveraging the skills they have accumulated. They will have:Background in C#, through development or code level support debuggingSubstantial experience with Azure Cloud architecture, resources, and operations for products (Not business operations)Additional certifications in relevant IT productstechnologies (NICE or other telephony systems), CompTIA (A+, Network+, Server + and Security+) certifications andor Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), CCNA highly desiredActive Directory, DNS, firewall and switch configuration experienceExperience using Development operations solutions such as AzureDevOps, Jira etc.Experience translating customer needswants and technologydevelopersIf you've made it this far in the job description and are unsure whether you should apply"”go for it!
