Executive Assistant to the CEO New York, NY On-site Position OverviewBe a part of a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering young people to reach their full potential through comprehensive youth development services. As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be responsible for managing the CEO's daily activities and overseeing the administrative office's operations while collaborating with various stakeholders. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Executive Office Manage the CEO's calendar, coordinate appointments and meetings, and assist with travel arrangements Collaborate with the Executive Team and Senior Leadership on agency operations and assigned special projectsOversee administrative office operations and serve as a liaison for Facilities, Finance, Human Resources, Development, Data, Programs, and Information Technology Systems Facilitate administrative relationships Assist with agency-wide activities and event planning Manage and support the CEO's daily affairs Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO and Chief of StaffQualifications Bachelor's degree required3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a nonprofit organizationProven project management skills and excellent time management abilities Successful track record in roles that require creative and critical thinking, capable of thinking outside the box Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills for diverse tasks and audiences Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, manage multiple tasks, and take initiative Strong work ethic and readiness to accept additional responsibilities Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint Excellent writing, speaking, and overall communication skills Managing the CEO's complex calendarExcellent written communication skills since they will be communicating with the people on CFO's calendar i.e. high net worth donors, board members, pensationSalary: $65,000 - $70,000 Robust benefits available
