If this description fits you then we want to hear from you!Your main focus will be generating and profitable growth opportunities with both current and new customers as well as managing existing customer relationships. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, you'll have the opportunity to manage high visibility health and beauty accounts and play a key role in new product developments.Your RoleExperience selling contract manufacturing related services and productsCreate marketing support strategies under supervision and implements a plan of action with commercialization.Consult with R&D, procurement, engineering and production departments to determine costs and feasibility of producing proposed projects.Work with product development, innovation, operations and supply chain, as well as outside resources, to facilitate the launch of new products and manage current business.Host project meetings to allow customers to fully elaborate their target goals and provide direction in internal project status meetings and new product meetingsApply understanding of manufacturing and regulatory compliance to sales strategies.Assist in product education at retail levels when appropriateApply a working knowledge of cosmetic chemistry to sales strategies manage new onboarding projects for new or existing customers.Create project timelines to give customers visibility on deliverables.Handle escalations of material delays to ensure if project timelines are on track.Assist engineering with sourcing material to present customer options.Work with processing team to determine best production strategiesWork with Quality to develop client quality agreementsManage and execute site level service agreementsRegularly obtain and review client forecasting dataYour SkillsExperience working with Fortune 100 customers.Experience in the health and beauty industry, specifically in sales for a lab, vendor or contract manufacturerMust understand a working manufacturing ERP system and databaseBachelor's or advanced degreeFlexible; able to move from one type of task to another without loss of speed or efficiencyExcellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills including professional business communicationsAbility to influence others - persuade people through logical, emotional, or cooperative appealsAble to work in fast-paced environment with limited supervisionAbility to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and quickly respond to customer's needsSuperior problem solving, decision making and organizational skillsThis role requires some travel (primarily West Coast) and is based on-site in Chino, CAWhat we offer· Winning culture with a friendly, team-oriented environment· Benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance· 65k-95k yearly salary. · 401(k) with company match· Employee Assistance Program· Paid time off· Parental leavePakLab is an equal opportunity employer.
