They are looking for a dynamic and highly driven TikTok Shop Growth Manager to take their TikTok presence to the next level. Who You Are:An innovative, strategic thinker with a passion for social commerce and are excited to be at the forefront of emerging digital trends.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase affiliate partnerships. Curate and oversee partnerships with creators to produce high-converting content. Manage ongoing affiliate UGC (user-generated content) and a roster of TikTok Live creators.TikTok Advertising & Growth: Lead TikTok advertising campaigns with hands-on experience using GMV Max and creative library management. Shop Management & Merchandising: Optimize the TikTok Shop storefront, including product listings, promotions, merchandising, and inventory planning to maximize sales opportunities.Trend Analysis & AdaptationPerformance Tracking & Reporting: Cross-Functional CollaborationMust Haves:3+ years in DTC growth, eCommerce, social commerce, or a related fluencer & Paid Social Expertise: Strong understanding of influencer marketing, social media strategies, and TikTok advertising.Analytical MindsetProject Management SkillsEntrepreneurial SpiritPassion for Social MediaWellness Enthusiast: Passion for the wellness spacePlatform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of TikTok's advertising platform, consumer behaviors, and shopping features.Beauty or personal care experience in this space highly preferred
