With a reputation for excellence and a focus on client satisfaction, we are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team.Position Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager with mandatory retail experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, with a proven track record of successfully overseeing retail construction projects from inception to completion. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered within budget, schedule, and quality standards while meeting client expectations.Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of retail construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient project execution.Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones.Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality municate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide project updates and address any concerns or inquiries.Prepare and present project reports, including cost estimates, progress reports, and variance analysis.Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on retail projects.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in project management software and tools.PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.Benefits:Competitive salary commensurate with experience.Benefits package, including health insurance contribution, 401k and paid time off.Opportunities for professional development and advancement within the company.Dynamic and collaborative work environment with a focus on innovation and excellence.
