Sales Specialist (for FCL and air freight services)

As a result of rapid development of our business and opening of new offices in Europe and Asia we offer you great opportunities to shape your successful career, develop or get new competencies in logistics.We are offering you to join our team as a Sales Specialist in our office in New York.The newcomer will work in the Division majoring in selling FCL and air transportation services.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:Customers search, identifying new requirements providing price offers for new requests and getting the maximum number of orders;Establishment/ renewal of contractual relations with former Customers;Work on the development of the Customers found;Participation in tender preparations;Contract negotiation and signing;Team work with the internal employees aiming at providing excellent service (FCL transportation);Making quotes under all the requests and Order Releases when Ordered;Fixing Communication History in Customers' profiles.REQUEREMENTS:3PL and Sales experience;Understanding of the United States transportation industry;Experience with FCL and air freight (sales or operations) - obligatory;Own portfolio of Customers (FCL and air freight business) - will be an additional advantage;Strong customer service and negotiation skills;Excellent computer skills;Ability to work both individually and in a team;Ability to balance attention to detail and a quick execution time;Strong organizational, and time management skills;Results-oriented mindset.WE OFFER:Opportunity to develop and increase your knowledge due to work in a multicultural and dynamic environment;Salary: negotiable;Bonuses: according company corporate policy;Individual on-boarding plan and tutor;Professional development, challenging tasks;Swiss vacation for TOP Employees.
