JOB SUMMARY Responsible for establishing and maintaining the IT governance framework and ensuring that IT investments support business objectives, comply with regulations, and manage risks effectively. Responsible for understanding, upholding, and promoting the Everus 4EVER Strategy. Employees | Value | Execution | Relationships MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS A working knowledge of IT governance frameworks, risk management, and compliance at a level normally acquired through the completion of a four-year degree in computer science, information technology (IT) or related field; and Ten years' experience of regulatory compliance and IT governance frameworks. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborates with executive management to develop the long-range IT goals. Identifies and measures key performance indicators to show IT's value in governance and strategy. Establishes and IT policies, standards, and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization. These policies may cover areas such as data security, IT procurement, and project management. Ensures adherence to all policies, procedures, licensing rules, regulations, codes, and standards and in conjunction with Internal Auditing and operating companies. Coordinates both internal and external IT audits, assessments, and reviews. Work closely with audit teams to address findings and implement corrective actions. Evaluates and manages third-party vendors, service providers, and partners to ensure they adhere to security and compliance standards. Reviews and negotiates contracts to align with IT governance requirements. Negotiates contracts with external vendors and service providers and ensures objectives are met. Oversees capital and expense budgets and allocations for all IT needs. Develops financial planning processes and standards to support execution of business strategy and promotes adoption and adherence. Analyzes and evaluates change to drive continuous improvement in the process of contract management and incorporate contract management trends. Sets strategy and develops plans, policies and processes for the accounting, budgeting and where applicable charging of IT resources and services, including the definition of cost models and charging models. Oversees IT investments and expenditures, ensuring that they align with organizational goals and priorities. Monitors budget allocations and make recommendations for optimization. Analyzes actual expenditure, explains variances, and determines options in use of available budget to meet real needs. Assesses financial performance and instigates required improvements. Facilitates and clearly communicates a governance framework that optimally aligns IT services with the business objectives and direction. Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS PACKAGE Salary range $164,720 - $247,080. Annual short-term incentive bonus of up to 50% of eligible wages based on eligibility and company goal achievement.
