VP of Finance

About the Company: This established, privately owned company has been a key player in the manufacturing sector for over 50 years. With a strong global footprint, including operations in the USA, Canada, Europe, and 5 more countries across Asia and the Middle East. The Opportunity: As VP of Finance, you'll be an integral part of the senior leadership team, responsible for shaping the company's financial strategy and supporting its growth initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the CFO and ownership, managing a finance & accounting department and overseeing key financial initiatives. Salary Range: $225,000 to $295,000 annually DOE Bonus: Discretionary / Performance-based Location: Onsite in Pasadena, CA Benefits: 401(k), health insurance (100% PPO Coverage for whole family), dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, health savings account, PTO Desired Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification and MBA preferred Experience: 7+ years in progressive accounting/finance roles, with 3+ years managing staff and advising privately held ownership Skills: Expertise in GAAP, financial reporting, accounting software, and ERP systems; strong analytical and leadership abilities Industry Experience: Preferred experience in wholesale distribution, global supply chain, or manufacturing *US Citizens and Permanent Residents are welcome to apply.
