Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Emergency Room Job Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 7p-7a Guaranteed Hours: Not Specified Experience: Not Specified License: RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS Must-Have: - Independence and confidence - Friendly and ambitious demeanor - Experience with Cerner EHR preferred - Familiarity with Omnicell medication dispensing cabinet - Minimal request for time off (RTO) Job Description: - Nurses will work on the floor handling all cases that arrive in the Emergency Room. - Expected to manage cases alongside the other nurse on duty; no designated ER nurse. - Facility averages about three ER visits per day; cases can vary widely. - Critical access facility with 22 beds, responsible for various patient types, including inpatients, outpatients, and swing beds. - Collaboration with a small, cohesive night shift team. - Work every other weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday). - COVID-19 vaccination is preferred, but not mandatory. - Interview process required; not an automatic job offer.
