Summary of the position The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for delivering the highest quality marketing materials and resources to our team of advisors. Working within our established marketing team, the coordinator will apply brand standards and marketing principles to our library of sales and marketing assets, content versioning, and digital platforms and properties. The Marketing Coordinator reports to the Director of Marketing is a member of the marketing team which includes approximately eight internal team members and nearly a dozen external resources and contract partners. Responsibilities The MC responsibilities include, but not limited to: Produce written and templated marketing materials for team of advisors Supporting the Marketing Director in implementation of marketing projects and plan updating and tracking project plans and organizing and updating marketing collateral Communicating campaign deliverables, objectives and timelines to team members across departments while providing instructions for promotion or use Plan and post updates to our social media and website based on marketing team's content and editorial calendar Collaborate with fellow marketers and departments to increase speed and efficiency of marketing's engagement across the firm. Maintaining an inventory and directory of sales support materials making sure all resources are accurate and current while coordinating new material creation as needed Continually seeking and researching new sources of prospective customers while providing recommendations to marketing and sales leadership Requirements Required Skills/Experience 2+ years marketing experience 2+ experience in a professional setting 3+ years experience marketing expertise-driven services or products (consulting, legal, financial, etc.) Established skills in Microsoft office suite with expertise in PowerPoint Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop Experience with end-to-end publishing workflows and associated systems spanning authoring, content management, content delivery, and end-user content consumption. Preferred Skills/Experience Experience managing and engaging social media channels Basic knowledge of Wordpress Experience owning projects to completion in a project management tool like Asana Competencies Highly organized and detail-oriented Motivated and able to work with minimal supervision. Collaborates well on a team. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize and plan work; attention to details; effective time management; setting goals and objectives. Detailed knowledge of current online tools and marketing trends, including SEO Ability to solve problems swiftly
