Packaging Engineer (Equipment Validation)

This is a great opportunity for one of our leading clients in New York state. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and validate packaging processes and equipment. Develop and execute equipment qualification protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ) for packaging systems. Troubleshoot packaging equipment issues and recommend process improvements. Collaborate with the quality assurance and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Ensure packaging designs meet functional requirements, product protection standards, and sustainability goals. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to packaging systems. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering. Minimum of 5 years of experience in packaging engineering with a focus on equipment validation. Experience with validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ) and packaging equipment qualification. Proficiency with validation tools and methodologies. Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
