At Portrait Displays, we seek to upload color quality every step of the way, from the creation of the first frame to its appearance on the screen of any device. Reporting to Product Management, the Project Manager is responsible for managing and executing project tasks from initiation to completion. The Jr. Project Manager will support project planning, execution and reporting, ensuring that deadlines and deliverables are met. Responsibilities include tracking project progress, communicating with stakeholders, preparing documentation, coordinating resources, and addressing any issues that arise.Roles and ResponsibilitiesMonitor project timelines and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders, promptly addressing any issues that may ariseAttend daily status check-ins with Product Management to review deliverables and address "At Risk" tasks and projectsParticipate in sprint planning meetings and proactively address any issues that may delay progress.Monitor project sprints ensuring tasks remain on scheduleCreate and manage builds on internal servers and GitLab, closely monitoring progress and reporting any issues that may ariseCollaboratively lead project management meetings with key stakeholders from engineering, product management, sales, marketing, and other teams at Portrait Displays.Collaborate with the Director of Quality Assurance to ensure QA tasks and deadlines are aligned with product management goals and objectivesParticipate in Postmortem reviews after major product releasesActively monitor and report the progress of bug fixes to product managersTrack and maintain product lifecycle enhancements from ideation to end-of-lifeQualifications and Experience1-5 years project management experienceGitLab experienceBachelor's degree or relevant experienceProject Management certifications preferredStrong organizational and multitasking skillsAttention to detail - ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed as plannedExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAssertive with strong emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skillsCompany DescriptionPortrait Displays provides color display solutions that combine the latest in color science with advanced display control.
