Perform firm-wide audits to maintain integrity of data within Tamarac and identify areas to improve efficiency and scalability to support future growth. Generate quarterly statements for clients and satisfy appropriate data requests from corporate. Salesforce (CRM) subject matter expertlocal administrator - perform data audits or updates as needed. Execute trades to rebalance accounts outside of target allocation thresholds, manage for cashliquidity needs, and harvest losses in taxable accounts. Review orders to ensure accuracy. Manage basic to complex client investment portfolios. Monitor and review portfolios to identify accounts that require trading action, consistent with client's Investment Policy and the Firm's investment strategies. Assist in reporting on all alternative investments. Aggregate tax documents for alternative investments and lead ongoing improvements on processes. Serve as a key technology resource to perform functions in a bulk deliverable (renaming files, posting tax documents, billing, etc.). Qualifications & Requirements BABS degree, or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Strong understanding of investment and CRM data. Proficient in the following technology: Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience with Portfolio Management Systems (Tamarac andor Addepar proficiency preferred), Salesforce (CRM), or ability to quickly learn new software. Power BI experience is beneficial, or similar experience with programming or data transformation. Ability to work with others and take direction from multiple sources. Ability to understand custodian data (SchwabFidelity). Analytical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills. Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy and consistency. High standards of professionalism and confidentiality. Awareness of security and compliance protocols and client data security. Pay Information This position is exempt and is paid according to the laws of the State of California. The pay range for this position is $66,560-90,000 USD per year. We are required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be offered a salary at or near the top of the range for a position. Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience. Physical RequirementsThis position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
