If you are trustworthy, detail-oriented, and take pride in your work, this could be the perfect role for you!- **Meeting Coordination:** Manage and send ZoomTeams invitations, as well as follow-up reminders.- **Document Management:** Draft, edit, and format professional documents, including emails, presentations, marketing materials, and internal memos.- **Task Management:** Balance multiple priorities while ensuring all administrative duties are handled efficiently.- **Client Communication:** Act as a liaison for the CEO, handling routine client communications and managing correspondence.- **Meeting Support:** Prepare agendas, gather documents, and ensure meetings run smoothly by providing all necessary materials in advance.Your Background- At least 3 years of experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably supporting senior leadership.- Strong sense of ethics and the ability to manage your time effectively in a remote setting.- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with SharePoint and MS365 is a plus.- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks from scheduling to document preparation.Benefits:- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.- PTO and 11 paid holidays.- Flexibility and support to maintain a healthy work-life balance.If you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoy working directly with leadership in a remote capacity, we'd love to hear from you!
