Role Title: SAP EWM Configuration AnalystEmployment Type: ContractContract Duration: 6-month rolling contract; the overall project extends for 18 months.Preferred Location: Mundelein, IL (Onsite work required from Tuesday to Thursday)Role Description:We are looking for an SAP EWM Configuration Analyst. They need experience in SAP MM, PP, IM, and APO, with an emphasis on the EWM and IM module.Contribute to the SAP S4 Manufacturing Product team responsible for the Plan to Produce process, including MM, PP and EWM modules. Activities include leading the operational support, enhancements, and release management of the S4 Manufacturing systemsUnderstand business processes in Manufacturing, Supply chain and related areasSupport, architect, design and help with requirements elicitation in EWM and IM modules within SAP S4 and ECC systemsContribute to best practices in architecting, designing & supporting S4 PP and MM and ECC SCM applicationsCollaboration on projects with end-users & team membersGather and document functionalbusiness requirements from users & sponsorsAuthor & communicate business process design (BPD), business systems design (BSD) and system test plansSchedule & perform BSD walk-through with development team and end usersSupport the development of team members during detailed design & coding phaseString & system integration test executionRollout & Production supportRequirements:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or relatedAt least 7 years total SAP systems experience with SAP EWM & IM, MM, PP and APO experience.Experience with SQL or other Data Analytical tools a plusBasic knowledge of EDI functions and useStrong integration point knowledge with APO, SD, LO and FI modulesMust have a strong knowledge of discreet, process, and repetitive manufacturing processes, preferably in the medical devicehealthcare industry.Experienced with labelling software such as OpenText Document PresentmentPrevious development experience a plusStrong communication skills - both written and verbalExperience with FDA, global trade compliance practices and import procedures a plusMust be self-motivated with capability to work independentlyAvailability for 10-15% travel
