Key Responsibilities As our Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring operational continuity of manufacturing operations processes, so your responsibilities will include: Oversee the implementation of comprehensive preventive maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance (Pd.M.) Direct the maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrading critical production equipment, ensuring minimal operational disruptions.Manage the maintenance work order system, prioritizing tasks based on production needs, safety concerns, and operational urgency.Oversee the management of spare parts inventory, tools, and critical maintenance supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels to support planned and emergency repairsEnsure strict adherence to all safety protocols, including LockoutTagout (LOTO), OSHA standards, and company-specific safety policies.Coordinate with vendors for equipment repairs, services, and procurement, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions for operational needs.Provide strategic leadership and guidance to maintenance technicians, including mechanics, electricians, and other technical staff.Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, including equipment inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance schedules.Qualifications and Competencies for Success What will make you successful in this role:Associate's degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent experience in a maintenance leadership role may be considered.Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.Strong leadership and team management skills, at least 2 years in a supervisory role.Advanced knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, refrigeration, high-pressure boilers, compressed air, mechanical and electrical fields.Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment, and excellent organizational and communication abilities.Good planning and priority-setting skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. May be required to work long hours and weekends.Bilingual in Spanish and English (highly desirable).
