Responsibilities:Lead Role in Lending OperationsServe as the main coordinator for private lending deal execution, overseeing:Funding processes and transaction finalizationAssisting with cash flow management and liquidity forecastingCollaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate funding, asset setup, investment tracking, and reportingManagement of Loan Agency & Investment ActivitiesSupport banking, custodian, and credit facility relationships across the platformManage communication and reporting for stakeholders such as banks, rating agencies, co-investors, and auditorsTrack investment portfolios to confirm timely receipt of payments (coupons, royalties, etc.) and execution of drawdownsAid in the creation and oversight of monthly leverage facility reporting, including compliance with covenants and quality checks on collateralHelp the investment team by monitoring company-specific data such as financials and covenant complianceCollaborate with the portfolio reporting team to review quarterly valuations and marketing materials for consistencyEnsure all required reports, such as compliance certifications and portfolio updates, are submitted on scheduleCross-Functional CoordinationGain a thorough understanding of internal roles, systems, and workflows to act as the primary liaison between the investment team and other departmentsWork closely with investment professionals, legal counsel, tax experts, and compliance teams to maintain clear communication throughout the investment processProvide support for investor relations, including preparing quarterly updates for stakeholdersStakeholder PresentationsAssist in developing presentations for various audiences, such as the Board of Directors, rating agencies, and financial institutionsESG Process EnhancementCollaborate with internal and external teams, including ESG research analysts, to optimize the company's ESG processes for efficiency and investment effectivenessTechnology and Special ProjectsSupport the company's initiative to evaluate and improve the technology needs of the credit platformParticipate in diverse operational and financial projects as neededRequired Qualifications:3-5 years of experience in investment operations or a similar role within private creditExperience in fixed income and direct lending is essentialBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred but not mandatoryAdvanced skills in Excel and PowerPointProven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced settingStrong organizational skills and flexibility with deadlines40074
