About You:PCMG is seeking a qualified and motivated candidate with a positive attitude who has the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment for our Financial & Mortgage Services Advisor Training Program. The applicant should be an individual ready to fill a long-term position as a financial advisor with the goal of managing your own branch office within 3-4 years. The program is designed to prepare the candidate for a successful career as a financial advisor, providing practical opportunities to achieve progressive mastery of success principles for a dedicated and driven individual. You will begin the program acting as the primary support to a successful financial advisor with both investment and mortgage clients. As you gain knowledge and study to obtain the necessary licenses, you will have access to the experience and support of the lead financial advisor and an experienced staff specializing in other areas of financial service. The program is comprised of three components: education opportunities, client service, and management mastery. Education Opportunities:Learn about all products and services offered by PCMG by assisting colleagues in the financial and mortgage divisionsLearn about business development and client retention throughout our 3 divisionsStudy for Series 7, 66, and life insurance licensing exams with a view to pass within 12 monthsStudy for Mortgage Loan Officer exam with a view to pass within 6-12 monthsClient Service:Prepare, process, and track status on financial advisory and mortgage transactionsResolve any transaction issues that occur by coordinating with clients, internal staff, and financial institutionsAssist in answering phone calls, responding to client correspondence, and ensuring total client satisfaction through regular communication with clientsInitiate and maintain conversations with existing clients to update information and accountsCreate and edit financial plans utilizing eMoney Advisor wealth management and financial planning softwareAssist in answering phone calls, responding to client correspondence, and ensuring total client satisfaction through regular communication with clientsManagement Mastery:Assist in the creation, delivery, execution, and management of complex financial plans and mortgage analysesPerform manual reviews for trading opportunities and document portfolio commentsCreate regular review packets for financial advisor annual reviewsTimeline 0-6 Months: Learn business operations6-12 Months: Obtain Mortgage License12-18 Months: Obtain Advisory Licenses18-24 Months: Grow Business24-48 Months: Relocation to new branch office outside of IndianaRequired Skills & AbilitiesDetail-oriented and motivated to complete tasks by seeing things through to the endValuable and energetic team playerAbility to multi-task efficientlyAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining an exceptional quality of work with an eye for the detailsExcellent communication skills with prospective and existing clients and internal staffProficiency with Microsoft Office and understanding of application workflows and integrationRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree required in a related field, such as Finance, Economics, Accounting, or BusinessStrong interest in financial markets and entrepreneurshipAbility to obtain Series 7, 66, and life insurance licenses within 12 monthsWilling to relocate outside of Indiana in the future for a minimum of 2-3 years as business opportunitiesBenefits Competitive salary with performance based commission and bonus opportunities, compensation range from $45,000-$65,000Support for obtaining investment and mortgage licenses 401(k) retirement plan matching after 1 year of service Paid time off
