Our client is seeking a Project Manager well-versed in Regulatory Reporting within financial services. We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Project Manager to lead and manage key regulatory initiatives related to Consolidated Audit Trail (CAT), Trade Reporting and Compliance Engine (TRACE), Rule 606 (Order Routing Transparency), and Order Audit Trail System (OATS). The successful candidate will ensure that all projects are completed in compliance with financial industry regulations, align with organizational goals, and meet the specific requirements of regulatory bodies. This role requires strong project management skills, deep knowledge of relevant regulations, and the ability to collaborate across departments.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end project management for regulatory compliance projects, specifically focused on CAT, TRACE, Rule 606, and OATS.Collaborate with compliance, technology, operations, and legal teams to ensure projects align with regulatory standards and deadlines.Serve as the subject matter expert for CAT, TRACE, Rule 606, and OATS, providing guidance and expertise to internal teams.Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.Monitor and track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.Regularly communicate project status, issues, and changes to senior leadership and stakeholders.Ensure that regulatory reporting and documentation requirements are met, including the development of reports, presentations, and updates.Coordinate audits, reviews, and examinations related to regulatory projects and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.Stay up-to-date with changing regulations, industry trends, and best practices, and ensure the organization's projects are aligned with these changes.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in project management within the financial services industry, with a focus on regulatory compliance.Strong knowledge and experience with CAT, TRACE, Rule 606, and OATS.PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
