The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in employment-based immigration law, preferably in a large law firm environment. Additionally, the firm is looking for someone with a strong understanding of Nonimmigrant Visas (NIV) and proficiency in legal document preparation and case management.Requirements:Bachelor's degree or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.2-5 years of experience in employment-based immigration law.Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, INSZoom, and document management systems.Strong writing and organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.Capable of working independently while contributing to team goals.This is an on-site role in San Francisco, CA, offering a pay rate of $20-$30hour.
