Pay range is $70 -$74hour.Send resume to asim dot ghosh at insourcenow dot comPosition OverviewThe Lead .NET Developer will have 10+ years of experience in distributed systems integration and webportal technologies. Must have qualifications:.NET core, Entity Framework, API Development, SQL, microservices architecture, and loggingsecurity experience for external users (for example: ELK stack).Candidate should also have proven leadership, business, and presentation skills. Preferred qualifications:Angular 12+ experience, Cloud upgrade transition - hosting on cloud (GCP) and HealthcareHealth Insurance domain knowledge are a plus. ResponsibilitiesCoordinating with related teams such as enterprise services, informatics, infrastructure, data modeling, testingQA, security, and architecture.Assisting the team members with best patterns and practices and ensuring they are followed.Ensuring security, maintainability, and performance of the application.Mentoring team membersRefining the requirements and translating them into a detail design of data stores, components, and services.Assisting the PM with task breakdown, estimation, and assignment.Creating functional and detail design documentation.Assisting with production problem resolution.Being a SME and single point of contact for the PM, business, management, and security officeaudit.Experience of working as a member of an agile team and familiar with agile planning and estimation techniques. Demonstrate a solid understanding of the fundamental rationale for employing an agile approach to implementationExperience with using engineering practices that compliment an agile approach. Test driven development, source branching strategies, continuous integration etc.Experience working with TFS for source control, deployment builds, backlog and task management.Manage development team using Agile and scrum methodologiesAbility to write design specifications based on architecture blueprint documentsStrong problem solving and analytical skillsDetail oriented, ability to multi-taskExcellent communication interpersonal and organizational skillsRequirementsExtensive knowledge and experience with following languagesframeworks:.NET 6 and above, C#, LINQ, SQL, JavaScript, JQuery, AngularJS, WebAPI, HTML, CSS Web Services design and development using: WCF, RESTDatabase skills: MS SQLT-SQL (queries and stored procedure development),ORMEntity Framework, Experienced using the following Architecture Patterns and Programming language model:MVCMVVMOOPDemonstrable experience and skills at applying design patterns to complex application architecturesFactory methodDecoratorCommandPublishSubscribeStrategyExperience with test driven development, writing unit tests and solid understanding how to write testable codeExperience with improving Code Quality using:Code reviewsCode coverage toolsCode Analysis tools
