Technical support assistantPosition Description:Answering technical support calls for all product lines of environmental chambers and solving the customer's issues by phone and email. Learn the product line to have the highest potential at assisting new and existing customers.Major Areas of Responsibility:Answer technical support calls.Proactively seeks opportunities for sales during technical support calls.Develops customer relations to increase future sales of municates daily with Service Team Lead and Technical SpecialistDevelop and maintain Technical Support documentation protocols for posterity. Relay customer feedback to sales and engineering Manages parts warranty from services group.Job RequirementsExperience in: technical product mechanicals controls is a plusAbove average skills in: Customer communication, both verbal and written, documentation, computer literacy. Demonstrated ability to: Communicate effectively with other employees both verbally and in writing.Excellent customer service skillsAbove average skills with Microsoft Office 365Education and ExperienceHigh School Diploma1 year experience with Customer Service.Experience with SAGE accounting a plusExperience in a parallel field is a plus.
