Job Title: QC ManagerSite-Safety & Health OfficerJob Location: Portland, OR Salary: $110K - $120K + bonusBased in Portland, OR, we are a well-established general contractor with over 30 years of demonstrated success serving the commercial and federal sectors of construction.We are looking for a QC ManagerSite Safety & Health Officer to join our team for a new upcoming construction project. This project will be a 7,000 square foot ground-up build for the Portland Air National Guard, and will be located adjacent to the Portland International Airport. If interested, apply today!Job DutiesWork with our office, crews, and project managers to ensure project milestones are completed safely and within the parameters of given standards.Review safety check lists with crew and PMs to ensure all key individuals are clear on spect project daily to ensure mitigation of any quality control issues. Ensure safety violations are immediately plete quality control paperwork as is needed, and keep office and Project Managers updated. Implement and manage 3-phase CQC plan and program documentation.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or similar preferred7+ years of construction experience 5+ years of QCQA management and site safety experience Current certification in Construction Quality Management by the USACE or NAVFAC preferredFamiliarity with EM 385-1-1 (USACE Safety Manual) Familiarity with OSHA 1910.120 and OSHA 1926 regulations.
