Essential FunctionsMonitoring economic and technological developments to keep abreast of market developments and trendsMonitoring market developments to detect major evolutions and innovationsCollecting and presenting quantitative product data and metrics through market researchSuggesting adjustments to the existing product range in case of issues revealed by customer surveys, subsidiary feedback, or market monitoring.Monitoring project development progress in relation to the requirements of commercial launches (time to market) and validating the compatibility of the development with specifications defined upstream, particularly in terms of use and added value on the market AUTONOMYWorking in collaboration with Product Manager, AMERICAS, the Marketing Team, as well as different Haulotte Group (corporate) departments, subsidiaries, and customersSome travel (20% - trade shows, training, sales team support, etc.) JOB RESPONSIBILITIESContributing to the development of the promotion and marketing strategy: support with the commercial launch, writing sales pitches, etc.Proposing and validating internal communications and training with sales teams, particularly to support the launch of a new product or a change to an existing productMonitoring the "product development plan" with the R&D teamsFormalizing and validating all product documentation and the added value brought to the market by the product (customer benefits, product advantages, technical characteristics) Monitoring project developments for new productsIdentifying the needs of potential options or modifications and monitoring progress of initiatives to adapt these to existing products emanating from the market as part of the serial life of a product Stay up to date with industry safety standardsPerform other tasks depending on the needs of the business.Learn general knowledge of entire product range including operation, features, and benefitsSupport creation of technical repair videos using CAD drawings, video, photos, and text to deliver information to customers in the most effective manner Qualifications 1. Education:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related technical field Or equivalent job experience2. Skills and Abilities:Strong analytical and reporting skillsExcellent MS office especially PowerPoint, Word, and ExcelOutstanding presentation skills: public speaking, present subjectproject to an audienceAbility to manage multiple projectsStrong writing skillsStrong interpersonal skillsKeen attention to detailBilingual in Spanish a plusAbility to learn how to operate a MEWPProactive in reducing the impact of or resolving problems.3.
