Key Details: Direct HirePermLocation: In the field & Remote (hybrid, mostly in the field)Requirements: networking experience (configure and deploy network hardware and equipment), server applications (cloud and virtual, not as much on prem) - SharePointExchangeActive Directory, desktop deployment.Tech Stack: Windows shop. Firewalls - SonicWall. VMWare (might be switching to Hyper-V). Cloud - Azure. Networking - Cisco and SonicWall.Pay: $28.85 - $43.27 hourMust have reliable transportation. Mileage will be reimbursed. Purpose: Field Work: Provides support and completes small engagements small projects, both remotely and onsite, for Endsight's clients. Includes installing networking equipment, setting up workstations, installing and updating software, troubleshooting issues, and more.Help Desk Support: A typical day revolves around remote customer support on a variety of platforms and technologies.Location: San Diego office (San Diego, Ca) and on-site at customer sites in San Diego and surrounding areas.Qualifications Required:Must have 3 years minimum Field Onsite Engineer or IT Help Desk experiencePrevious MSP experience is strongly preferredStrong aptitude for Customer ServiceAbility to self-schedule and project plan for small engagementsAbility to organize and manage multiple prioritiesExcellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skillsAbility to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirementsAble and willing to collaborate as part of a teamRespond to emergency situations effectively, maintaining poise and focusQualifications Preferred (not required):Certifications: CompTIA (A+, Network, Security), Microsoft AssociateExpert, VMware, Apple, CitrixBachelor's degree (in a related field) or equivalent experienceAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
