Our ideal candidate understands how to integrate paid media within the overall marketing mix to deliver against our clients' business goals. In addition, you should demonstrate an advanced understanding of target audience analysis, media analytics, and campaign optimization.Here's the mix of what you'll be doing day to day:Lead media strategy and planning, translating client business goals into strategic paid media campaigns by recommending KPIs, audiences, formats, tactics, platforms, publishers, and projecting performanceLeading set up, execution, optimizations and reporting for paid media campaigns across Programmatic, Display, Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest and traditional media formatsCreating monthly andor quarterly reports for clients on goals and benchmarks to inform future strategies, working alongside the Analytics team to showcase results that have actionable planOverseeing budgeting recommendations and implementation for clientsAssist with campaign trafficking, tagging and billing, including trafficking programmatic campaigns in CM360Work closely with publishers and media partners to negotiate media buys and stay up to date on new product offeringsPrepare and maintain key media buying documents such as authorizations, orders, traffic sheets, and flowchartsProviding real-time competitive auditing, monitoring, and planning for key clientsSupport in researching, preparing and pitching new business opportunitiesServing as a leader and expert in non-search paid media planningbuying, representing the Matter team internally and externallyAlong with creativity, drive and self-motivation, your previous experience and attributes will include:6+ years of experience developing successful, measurable integrated paid media programs for multiple clients, both B2B and B2CKnowledge and expertise of paid social media channels including but not limited to Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube, etc. and other paid media channels including programmatic, OOH, print, radio, and TVStrong analytical and creative thinking skills with the ability to generate insights, understand competitive analysis, and conduct market assessmentsSpearheading andor overseeing the setup, execution, optimizations and reporting for paid social campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and PinterestDemonstrate knowledge of paid advertising across media channels; stays current on any changes in paid advertising and propose new formatpartnership ideas for clientsExperience creating and implementing solid paid media strategies, goal-setting and reportingExperience working with larger cross-functional marketing teams, implementing campaigns in B2C and B2B including lead generation and client acquisitionTrack record of delivering results for clients; raising brand awareness, driving demand and creating creative high-impact connections with customersA desire to work in a fast-moving, dynamic, team-oriented environment with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExceptional verbal and presentation skillsBachelor's degree or equivalent relevant business experienceWhy Matter?
