Permanent Direct Hire positionStart Date: ASAPLocations + Base Salaries:Rochester, NY (Base Salary $95-120K)Expectation is that they are onsite at the office whenever they are not out on the road meeting with clients OR they are allowed to work from home some days if they've had a lot of onsite clients meetings Hybrid. Other Incentives Below: + Quarterly commission bonuses up to 75% of their base salary per Quarter+ Additional $4,800 annually for car allowance+ Gas card to cover all gas expenses (personal & for work)Retirement Savings - 401K with company matchmyShares - Voluntary plan to buy discounted company sharesMedical, Dental, Vision, well-being programsTuition ReimbursementGenerous Paid Time Off - Starting at 4 WeeksPaid LeaveInterview Process: 2 Video Interviews to HireMust Have Qualifications:2-10+ years of Outside Sales experienceStrong business acumen*Bachelors or Associates Degree preferred, if the candidate has less than 5 years of Salesindustry experiencePrevious Business-to-Business "B2B" Sales experience (experience selling services vs. selling a product is preferred)Strong negotiation and communication skills (verbal and written)Computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel (additional experience with a CRM system is preferred)Proven sales experience selling large, national account, multi-location business strongly preferredPrevious Sales experience within the Logistics, Supply Chain, Freight Forwarding, or Transportation industryDay to Day:As a National Accounts Manager, you will maintain a close working relationship with key customers by identifying the key decision makers within the business, understanding each customer's business challenges and priorities and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction in order to increase the revenue streams. In addition, the National Account Manager will be responsible for growing new business through cold calling, networking and various other methods. The person who will thrive in this pivotal role must have the skills to maintain a high-level of customer service with existing customers and leverage relationships to expand business. In addition, the international sales professional will actively monitor and review customer global sales activity and make adjustments to processes and strategies to help the business grow.
