Content Writing - Minimum 4+ years of experienceJob Description:The Content SpecialistStrategist works with Experience Strategy leads and UX team members to identify and meet the content demands for various projects. The UX Content Strategist applies and updates existing content strategies to accommodate new product.Applies and updates existing content strategies to accommodate new products and campaigns, validating that content is correctly and accurately implemented across the digital platforms. Writes, edits and implements content based on the content strategy, including voice and tone, and customer-business-centric site goal.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:1. Writes, edits and implements content based on the client's content strategy, including voice and tone, and customer business-centric site goal.2. Reviews content with peers and senior content strategists to ensure they accurately represent the client's content strategies3. Formally observes user interviews and usability sessions4. Analyze and understand end-to-end customer experiences to ensure that all content is consistent in voicetoneconstruction and technically correct5. Assist in gathering requirements and assessing content needs of a given project6. Update content logs, copy documents, CMS and other documentation systems7. Provide strategic content recommendations and writingediting support for UX teams, product managers, business lines, and other content stakeholders8. Drives, advocates and embodies a customer-centric perspective within and outside the UX Design organization, resulting in consistently simple and innovatively enriching experiences for our customers9. Applies and updates existing content strategies to accommodate new products and campaigns10. Validates that content is correctly and accurate implemented across all platformsSPECIFICATIONS:Understands basic principles of content strategy and information architecturePassionate about punctuation and grammarExperience with user-centered design from concept to deliveryExperience working in a cross-channel environment, including desktoplaptop, mobile, devices and brick-and-mortar locationsKnowledge of content strategy and UX best practicesUnderstands content creation, content inventories and audits, content mapping and modeling, voice and tone guidelines, and governance documentationGood grasp of quantitative data analysisSKILLS:Enterprise CMS content authoring experience a must; AEMCQ5 experience a plusAttention to detail; experience creating content for highly regulated industries a plusProven ability to create and execute website content plans; migration experience a plusBachelors in a related field of study or 5 years of relevant professional experience
