Financial Systems Support Analyst

The Financial Systems Support Analyst role will be responsible for providing technical and functional support for the Elite 3E financial management system and associated systems, including but not limited to time entry, cost recovery, notification and financial reporting. The role involves troubleshooting issues, ensuring system stability, performing routine maintenance and developing and executing ad hoc SQL queries.Elite 3E experience is desirable, knowledge of financial processes and background in legal or professional services is required.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:System Support and MaintenanceProvide daily technical and functional support for the Elite 3E financial management system and associated systemsTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to system performance, configuration and functionalityUser SupportAssist users with system navigation, functionality, and troubleshootingRespond to user inquiries and issues in a timely and professional mannerData ManagementEnsure data integrity and accuracy within the Elite 3e system and associated systemsDevelop and execute ad hoc SQL queries for data analysis and reportingDetect and correct cost recovery upload errorsEXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES SkillsStrong technical skills, including system troubleshooting and problem-solvingExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environmentEDUCATION ANDOR EXPERIENCE:EducationBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, or a related field;Preferred Qualifications and Experience3+ of experience supporting Elite 3E financial management systems requiredExperience with Microsoft SQL Server 2016 or higher, including querying and database managementXML experience preferredKnowledge of legal industry financial practicesFamiliarity with data integration and interface managementThis position may require occasional after-hours work for system maintenance and issue support, need to be available as the firm operates on a near 24x7 basisSALARY RANGE$110,000 - $120,000Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP is an equal opportunity employer; the firm actively seeks diversity among its staff.
