OnsitePayments Process Improvement (SME)- Wallet, Payments, and CommerceFull timeAustin, TX and Raleigh, NCJob Description: Internal Process Improvement SME - Wallet, Payments, and CommercePosition Overview:The Internal Process Improvement SME will play a critical role in evaluating and enhancing theWallet, Payments, and Commerce process and operations. This role focuses on standing up and expandingshared services capabilities, with a keen eye on optimizing processes, driving operationalefficiencies, and ensuring seamless integration with the broader organizational goals. The idealcandidate will possess deep expertise in process improvement, with a specific focus onpayment technologies, e-commerce enablement and shared service environments.Key Responsibilities:• Process Evaluation and Analysis: Conduct a thorough assessment of existing Wallet, Payments, and Commerce processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommendingactionable solutions.• Shared Services Integration: Lead efforts to establish and expand shared servicescapabilities within the Wallet, Payments, and Commerce, ensuring alignment with organizationalstrategies and operational needs.• Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement process improvement initiatives tostreamline operations, reduce redundancies, and enhance overall service delivery withinthe Wallet, Payments, and Commerce (WPC) framework.• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with various stakeholders, includingproduct teams, operations, and IT, to ensure that process improvements are alignedwith business objectives and technical requirements.• Change Management: Drive change management efforts by developing trainingmaterials, SOPs, and communication plans to support the implementation of newprocesses and tools.• Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) tomeasure the effectiveness of process improvements and ensure ongoing optimization.• Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with process changes and developmitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to Wallet, Payment, Commerce operations.• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of processevaluations, improvement initiatives, and project outcomes to support transparencyand continuous improvement.Qualifications:• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in process improvement, preferablywithin the payments or technology industry. Experience with shared services customerservice support ops models is highly desirable.Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management,Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification(e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) is a plus.• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of payment technologies, particularly Wallet, Payment, Commerce processes. Proficiency in process mapping tools and projectmanagement software.• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex processes, identify inefficiencies, anddevelop data-driven improvement strategies.• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability toinfluence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically andcreatively to overcome challenges and drive process innovation.Additional Requirements:• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projectssimultaneously.
