Job Type: Full-timeLocation: Hybrid (COUT)Job Description: Account Executive-EducationThe Account Executive will generate new opportunities with individual schools and districts, respond to leads, maintain a strong pipeline, and drive growth within the region through collaboration and referrals with existing partnerships. The ideal candidate will champion our client's dedication and mission for students to learn in the real world and not behind a screen.What You'll Do:Meet & exceed sales targets by generating and maintaining a reliable sales pipeline.Develop and nurture strong relationships with educational institutions (6-12th grade schools) through a combination of outbound customer outreach, in-person visits, phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.Proactively search for and respond to educational organizations' Requests for Proposals (RFPs).Drive lead generation through proactive and independent research efforts.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to school boards, administrators, and other decision-makers to effectively communicate the value proposition of our product and programs.Represent the company at regional and national education conferences, trade shows, and events to promote brand awareness and generate leads. (SaturdaySunday travel may be necessary)Negotiate all contracts and pricing quotes with prospective partners.Work in close partnership with the Implementation and Account Lead to ensure successful hand-off and partner onboarding to maintain a high customer satisfaction rate.Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and sales techniques.Additional projects assigned that support the Company.What you'll bring:Consultative and solution-driven approach to salesSuperb interpersonal and presentation skillsAdaptability in dynamic, rapidly changing environmentsEntrepreneurial, organized, trustworthy, highly autonomous & comfortable travelingOutside field sales experience in the K-12 education sector (emphasis on 6-12th grades)Consistent history of exceeding sales targetsHunter with a high-growth strategy and mindsetNetwork of district-level relationships in assigned territoriesPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree requiredThree years of outside sales experience in the K12 sector (emphasis on 6-12th grades)History of sales excellence with consistent sales target attainment and growthSelf-starter, internally driven, and motivated to achieve excellenceTravel requirements up: 30- 60%A Valid US Driver's LicenseWe are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate in its hiring of employees based on race, religion, gender, or sexual orientation.
