This position also requires you to have some salescustomer service abilities. You will play a significant role in all homeowner renovation projects. It is vital to have a vast knowledge of residential construction. The Homeowner Renovations Project Manager will need the ability to build quick rapport with customers and ensure that they are taken care of during the entirety of the project's timeline if you get energy from selling and executing detailed construction projects, producing quality renovations, and profitability.
