Job Summary Manage the new business sales process for the Large Group Commercial segment. Direct the daily activities and duties of the Large Group sales team. Assess staff productivity level, monitor, and train staff to meet departmental and organizational goals. Develop and competitively position the Large Group products and align the Large Group sales team efforts with organizational and departmental goals. Job Duties Manage the growth of new membership in the Large Group segment through effective sales management and processes. Recruit and hire new sales representatives. Assess the performance of each sales representative and respond to achievements and deficiencies as appropriate. Maintain relationships and coordination with other health plan's departments in the execution of sales strategies, new products and programs, problem resolution, policies and procedures. Work is typically performed in an office environment. Accountable for satisfying all job specific obligations and complying with all organization policies and procedures.
