About the job Regional CDL Truck Driver Competitive Pay Recent Graduates Accepted Are you a dedicated Class A Driver looking to earn competitive pay with the benefit of weekly home time? Position Overview: Equipment: Operate 53' refrigerated trailers on a dedicated account. Freight: 100% no touch freight, featuring drop and hook and live store load/unloads. Schedule: Weekly home time, ensuring a minimum 34-hour reset. Flexibility: Drivers must be available for both daytime and nighttime shifts. Operation: 7-day operation with weekends not guaranteed off. Work Schedule Options: Choose between a 5-day work week (personal vehicle required for terminal travel) or a 6-day work week (take the truck home). Mileage: Average 1,700 miles per week. Pay & Benefits: Competitive Mileage Pay: Earn $0.69 to $0.81 per mile, plus a $1,000 pay guarantee. Training Pay: $650 available for drivers with less than 6 months OTR/Regional experience. Additional Incentives: $10 for the first stop, $15 for each additional stop, and $25 for short hauls under 50 miles. Average Weekly Earnings: Approximately $1,500. Monthly Bonus: $0.06 per mile for exceeding 8,200 miles with no accidents and maintaining 7 MPG fuel efficiency. Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, 401(k), and PTO after 30 days. Trainee Program: Training Duration: Trainees will complete a comprehensive 4-6 week mentorship with an experienced OTR driver before transitioning to solo driving. Driver Requirements: Education: Must have graduated from an accredited truck driving school with a minimum of 120 hours. Age: Minimum 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL. Driving Record: Must have a clean driving record with no major accidents, serious tickets, or suspensions in the last 5 years. Employment History: Solid 10-year work history with no significant gaps outside of schooling or training (6 months in the last year or 1 year in the last 3 years maximum).
