OneFifteen is a nonprofit healthcare ecosystem dedicated to the full and sustained recovery of people suffering from drug addiction. OneFifteen has developed a tech-enabled system of care that offers a treatment center, rehabilitation housing, and wrap-around services, all on one state-of-the-art campus. As such, we will focus on a patient-centered experience and ensure a patient's whole health needs are fully met, including biopsychosocial needs. The Clinical Therapist/Assessor will collaborate with other team members to provide best-practice care with an innovative spirit and help drive a holistic approach to care and reduce stigma. At the same time, The Clinical Therapist will be comfortable working in ambiguous situations and blend best-in-class care delivery models with advanced technology solutions to engage care team members, improve outcomes, and reduce costs. The Clinical Therapist/Assessor serves as a member of the multidisciplinary team and is responsible for performing initial and on-going diagnostic assessments, developing individualized service plans, providing clinical treatment, behavior interventions, case management, consultation, and prevention education services to patients and their family members and referral sources. The Clinical Therapist is expected to contribute to the substance abuse services team's achieving established productivity standards and assist in developing and implementing program improvements. Services may take place via telehealth or in person. Duties and Responsibilities Conduct Assessments Deliver substance use disorder and co-occurring mental health treatment under clinical supervision. Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth and face to face. Provide interventions utilizing evidence-based practices. Meets with patients according to their treatment plan frequencies to explore identified issues and behaviors in relationship to current symptoms. Coordinate patient care with the treatment team. Administer, score, and perform initial screening tests and evaluations as needed. Maintain engagement with assigned patients during the course of treatment. Ensure proper discharge planning and linkage to additional resources as needed. Assure documentation is completed per regulatory, and agency requirements following best practices. Complete documentation within a specified timeframe using Electronic Medical Records. Attend required meetings, including individual and group supervision, treatment team meetings, training, and community events as appropriate. Depending on credentials and/or licensure, may serve as a clinical supervisor to graduate students while they are completing an internship. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge and Skills 1 to 3 years of job-related experience. Exhibits a comprehensive understanding of current behaviors and relational dynamics while using a variety of therapeutic modalities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong teamwork and organization/time management skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Knowledge, experience, and training in effective therapeutic techniques that have shown success with the population served. Excellent computer skills, which include database management and record keeping within an electronic medical record. Understanding and adherence to HIPAA and 42CFR laws. Active affiliation with appropriate professional networks and organizations and ongoing community involvement are preferred. Education and Experience Minimum: Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling or related field. Licensed in the state of Ohio as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Social Worker (LSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or related license. Preferred: Master's degree in social work, counseling or related field. Licensed in the state of Ohio as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), or Licensed Independent Marriage and Family Therapist (LIMFT).
