Position Description: The Senior Manager of Employee Engagement will be responsible for overseeing, implementing and strategizing various aspects and initiatives to attract, develop and retain Bond employees while fostering a positive and inclusive work culture. The incumbent will successfully do this by developing and managing the Talent Acquisition and Talent Management programs and initiatives. Additionally, they will oversee BOND's Talent Development programs by setting a strategy and framework for the overall learning and development for the organization. Core Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition Develop and execute the talent acquisition strategy to ensure the organization attracts top-tier candidates across all functions and levels. Develop, implement & oversee the full recruitment lifecycle including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection for all levels of the organization ensuring a seamless, efficient, candidate focused process. Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment partners, agencies, and industry networks to expand talent pipelines. Lead efforts to enhance employer branding and promote BOND as an employer of choice through targeted outreach and digital presence. Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, and processes to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of talent acquisition. Talent Management Collaborate with the Sr. Director of HR, HRBPs, senior leadership to design and implement talent management frameworks that support employee performance, engagement, and retention across the organization. Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, evaluations, feedback, and development plans that align individual contributions with business objectives. Lead succession planning and leadership development efforts to ensure a robust pipeline of internal talent ready to take on critical roles in the future. Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high employee morale. Talent Development Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of comprehensive talent development and learning programs to ensure continuous growth and development opportunities for all employees. Partner with the HRBPs and business leaders to identify skills gaps, developmental needs, and future capabilities required to support the company's strategic goals. Foster a culture of learning by creating accessible, engaging, and impactful training programs that promote both individual and organizational growth. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, psychology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. 8 years of experience in senior-level HR experience. Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing talent management programs and initiatives Proven track record of success in talent acquisition, retention, and development Experience in workforce planning, succession planning, and performance management Previous leadership experience, preferably in a managerial or director-level role Exceptional leadership, communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
