What You'll Do We are seeking a dynamic Deputy Chief Investment Officer to join our Equities Investment team. In this role, you'll serve as a Co-Portfolio Manager (Co-PM) for International and Global portfolios, leading both the investment team and portfolio strategy. You'll also spearhead our Research efforts and work closely with Sales, Relationship Management, and Client Services to attract and retain high-value clients. Key Responsibilities: Lead the Quantitative Equities team, ensuring that process, methodology, and execution drive significant value in portfolio construction and performance. Serve as the Portfolio Manager for the Health Care Strategy. Act as Senior Research Lead, overseeing all equity analysts. Your leadership will include assessing, developing, and mentoring analyst talent across the team. Who You Are 10+ years equity investment experience required; 20 years preferred MBA with finance emphasis 10+ years experience leading equity research teams, including experience managing managers Expertise in sophisticated investment vehicles with a comprehensive understanding of our firm's investment strategy and philosophy Strong business acumen, analytical mindset, superior judgment, and a total return-driven approach Proven ability to build and nurture strong relationships with clients and consultants Skills That Will Help You Stand Out A broad strategic thinker with a deep understanding of global economies and investment theories. Salary Range Information Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly) $$/ year Time Off Program Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don't accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
