Our client is looking for a compassionate and experienced Medical/Surgical RN to join our team. As a Medical/Surgical RN, you'll provide high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients in a fast-paced 37-bed unit.Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care to adult and geriatric patients with pulmonary, cardiac, and GI diagnoses. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely. Monitor patient vital signs and assess patient status. Document patient care in Meditech charting system.
