Role: Oracle HCM Business Systems Analyst Location: Jacksonville, FL (Onsite) Pay Rate Range: $100-150,000/ yea r Internal Job ID: We are looking for a talented Oracle HCM Business Systems Analyst with expertise in Payroll to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Payroll modules, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. In this role, you will work closely with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements, optimize business processes, and ensure the successful implementation and integration of Oracle HCM Payroll solutions. Key Responsibilities : Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture and document payroll-related business requirements. Process Analysis : Evaluate current payroll processes and workflows to identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement. Solution Design : Develop Oracle HCM Payroll solutions that align with both business needs and industry best practices. Implementation Support : Partner with technical teams to configure, test, and deploy Oracle HCM Payroll solutions, ensuring seamless integration. User Training & Support : Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to end-users on new payroll functionalities and processes. System Maintenance : Monitor and maintain Oracle HCM Payroll systems to ensure consistent performance, stability, and compliance. Documentation : Create and maintain detailed records of payroll processes, system configurations, and updates. Compliance & Security : Ensure that payroll systems adhere to all relevant regulatory requirements and internal security policies. Qualifications : Required : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a focus on Oracle HCM Payroll modules. Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance standards. Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, including configuration, payroll costing, and implementation. Exceptional analytical skills with keen attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Preferred : Oracle HCM Cloud Certification. Experience with other Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Compensation, Recruiting, Reporting, and Workflow.
