JOB TITLE : Physician DEPARTMENT : SPORTS MEDICINE EXEMPT FROM OVERTIME : Yes JOB SUMMARY The physician provides clinical care in outpatient and/or inpatient setting. Follows and directs evidence based practices established within the service line. Collaborate and coordinate the individual treatment plan with the clinical team as necessary to assure appropriate continuum of care. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education: Graduate of an Accredited Medical School. Candidates must have an MD or DO degree and be eligible to obtain an unrestricted West Virginia medical license. Candidates must have completed an American accredited orthopedic surgery fellowship program and be ABMS board certified or board eligible. Experience/Physical Requirements: Previous experience in a hospital or clinic setting preferred. Licensure/Certification: Current or eligibility to obtain an unrestricted West Virginia medical license. Current Federal and WV Drug Enforcement Agency Certificate.
