Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our sales department, ensuring our customer needs are met. What you'll be doing: Engage with current and potential candidates to meet their needs professionally and graciously, using a variety of communication methods like email and by phone. Problem solves customer concerns in a timely manner meeting company expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with manufacturing and other key areas within the organization to ensure customer expectations are met within manufacturing capabilities. Lead research into order status inquiries including inventory, lead times, expedited orders, samples, and pricing requests including communicating information to the customer. Collaborate with Sales on customer experiences ensure highest customer satisfaction is maintained. What we ask you to bring: One to two years customer service experience in manufacturing. Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and listening skills) Experience with ERP system preferred. Working knowledge of MS Office products Associate degree preferred. Strong Microsoft Office Skills, particularly PowerPoint. High level of professionalism. Unwavering confidentiality. Ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining organized and mindful of deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills.
